This free guide details the 8 step process I used to build a network of referral partners that have sent me up to 300 leads in a day.

Why Sales Are the #1 Priority in Your Business

In reality, sales are everything in your business, and you don’t necessarily need to do a ton of marketing to get sales. But marketing definitely helps sales as they’re meant to work together.

Marketing is important because if people don’t know who you are, you don’t exist. You could be the best at what you do, but if nobody knows you exist, who cares, they’re not gonna pay you!

Being Smart About Your Marketing

We want to get strategic and smart with our marketing. This is not about throwing spaghetti against the wall; you need a specific strategy to attract people to you, and I’ll share a couple of tools to help you do that. You’ll need a streamlined process to make landing sales and onboarding new clients easier so you can be effective and consistent.

How to Use ClickFunnels to Get Sales

I’ve used ClickFunnels for years to help generate leads and sales. So whether you’re giving away freebies, you’ve created an opt-in form, or you want to have a sales page, ClickFunnels is an excellent platform to use because they’ve done a lot of research to find out what converts and gets attention to convert people into leads or buyers.

Of course, you still need to write the copy yourself, but it’s helpful to have inexpensive software to help you get your funnels put together quickly.

Funnel Scripts for Sales Copy

I email my list daily, and many people on my list want to know about my process. Funnel Scripts is software where you can plug in information such as your audience, market, and their biggest struggle.

This software program will spit out headlines, sales copy, email copy, sales letters, video sales letters, and all your copy marketing needs using their formulas. I highly recommend this service. It’s a huge time saver and worth the investment.

CoSchedule for Social Media Marketing

CoSchedule is my current social media marketing schedule. It’s very inexpensive and easy to use.

Although there are a lot of really good social media schedulers, I’m digging code schedule right now because it’s so quick and easy to use.

Use Flick to Find Hashtags

Flick is really cool for finding and discovering social media hashtags. You can use Flick for hashtags on Instagram.

Find out what has low competition but high reach to use the proper hashtags to get in front of potential buyers and leads and expand your reach.

Use Loom for Screen Sharing

Loom is a fantastic tool for screen shares. I use this for screen shares with my team, but I also use it for training.

Some of the screen shares you have seen in my videos were created with Loom. It’s inexpensive and quick, and easy to use.

Create Graphics for Your Digital Marketing

Life is easier when you have Canva to create graphics. I’m a big fan of Canva! Canva is all you need for creating professional-looking images. It’s an easy, drop-and-drag interface with many templates, pictures, and graphics.

There’s a free version, but I would recommend the pro account. I have my brand kit there, and having a pro account gives you access to all the graphics in the program.

Another graphics creation program is Subtitle. The Subtitle is what I use to create square videos. And also, the Instagram story videos that some of you have seen are well branded and have captions.

Subtitle is inexpensive, and you can crank out so much video marketing with captions. The process doesn’t take you a whole lot of time to create. And their caption generator is good.

Keyword Tools for YouTube and Website Content

Keywords Everywhere is a service and a plugin. You can use this keyword program to do essential word research for your content. For example, I use this for our YouTube videos to find out if people are searching for specific topics. In addition to using Keywords Everywhere, I also use Tube Buddy for my YouTube marketing.

TubeBuddy gives you the competition score of the keywords. So you want to find high or high enough search volume and low competition. Keywords Everywhere will tell you the search volume, and then use TubeBuddy to find out if the competition is high or low.

For your WordPress CMS, I highly recommend Yoast SEO. We used Yoast for years when I was a freelance writer and content marketer. Make sure the content that you’re putting on your blog, website, or show notes for your podcast or your videos are search-friendly by using Yoast. So when people search for your content, your platform will be easy to find. So it ensures your keywords are in all the right places, such as the headline and subtitles.

If you have any other digital marketing tools that you can recommend, I would love to hear them!
